It can feel like you’ve lost a limb when your email or Internet fails. We appreciate how important it is to stay connected so, if you do have a problem, we’ll get you back online as soon as possible.

Whether you use PC or Apple Mac, we can get you set up and running and transfer or create any accounts you need. We can advise on the current offers available and, if you aren’t confident liaising with the suppliers, we can help with that too on your behalf.

If you’re already online and have a problem with accessing the web or email, we’ll investigate the problem – checking for viruses and connection issues on your machines, at the routers, and on the phone lines if necessary.
